Return Policy

We want you to love your Mad Man Clothing purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

• You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags are still attached

• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

1. Email us at madhelp@madmanclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at madhelp@madmanclothing.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.​

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving your return.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
